Children’s Day: Books for Treats

On Halloween, the Friends are hosting Children’s Day: Books for Treats, where trick-or-treaters can choose a free new book instead of candy. Books for toddlers to teenagers will be available. Cider and doughnuts will also be served. The event begins at 3 p.m. on Oct. 31.
